11 Feb 2010 : DEAN HANDED TOUGH VILLAGE CUP DRAW
Cookham Dean have been drawn away to Purley in the 2nd Round of the National Village Cup on Sunday 9 May. Although relegated from Division 3a of the Thames Valley League in 2009, Purley comfortably defeated Cookham in a pre-season friendly in 2008 and will pose a considerable challenge. However, if we were to progress we would be left with a relatively straightforward looking path to the Regional Final.
04 Feb 2010 : DEAN JOIN TWENTY20 LEAGUE
Cookham Dean have joined the East Berkshire Twenty20 League for 2010 that will see them play in ten league fixtures on weekday evenings.
The league includes Cranbourne, Windsor Great Park and Thames Valley League sides Datchet and Windsor. The most eagerly anticipated fixtures however will be against old Chilterns League rivals Braywood. Cookham will be keen to avenge the hammering they received in last season's Village Cup clash in the two fixtures against them.

26 Nov 2009 : 2010 LEAGUE FIXTURES ANNOUNCED
The 2010 Thames Valley League fixtures have been announced to whet the appetites of CDCC players and supporters alike.
The 1st team remain in 3B after a respectable 7th placed finish last season and they kick off their campaign away at Teddington Town and their first home game is the following week against relegated North Maidenhead 2s. The stand-out fixtures are the games against local rivals Wooburn Narkovians, those games are on the 12th June (home) and 14th August (away) respectively. The season climaxes with a home game against Amersham 2s.
The 2nds kick off their 5B campaign after last season's promotion success with a home game against Reading 4ths. Their season finishes with an away clash against last season's promotion rivals Maidenhead and Bray 3s.
For the first time ever, CDCC have a 3rd XI in the league. Their opening fixture is a local derby against Marlow 3s and the season ends with a trip away against fellow Division 9 new boys, Burnham 4s.
10 Nov 2009 : WORKING PARTY ON SATURDAY
Hi Guys. This weekend, Ed Wells-Cole and the tree surgeons have been extremely busy up the club clearing a lot of space and transforming the car parking area and side of the pavilion. However there is a lot of cleaning up and work that needs to be done. We need a working party from 10.00am next Saturday please. We need as many people as possible up the club armed with gloves, spades, rakes and forks. We have some grand plans for improving the club this winter and the work needs to begin now. There will be bacon butties, endless cups of tea. Also we will make sure the club is open for the rugby in the afternoon and there will be a big bonfire as well to clear all the rubbish. Please guys we really need the support of everyone this winter. If everyone can do their bit we will have a fantastic facility for next year and a big improvement on this year.
Pass this on to parents, friends and family. Help will be needed outside and in the kitchen. Lets all muck in!
