Match report Cookham Dean lost top spot of Division 3B after having their game against local rivals Wooburn Narkovians abandoned at the half-way stage.

Wooburn were inserted by Ben Millar and lost both openers cheaply as Chris Nunn and Justin Rodgie continued their fine recent form. This brought Henry Winchester to the crease who steadied the innings well for the home side. He received support from Sharma (19) and Cuthbert (26) before they fell to Aaron O'Donoghue (2-29) and Sav Gandesha (1-21) respectively.

Winchester eventually fell for 61 as Rob Mettler picked up three late wickets to help bowl Wooburn out for 150. Cookham Dean would have fancied their chances of chasing that but after only three balls of their reply, the heavens opened again and both sides had to settle for 7 points each. Cookham travel to British Airways on Saturday for a cruical top of the table clash.
