Match report Cookham Dean Sunday 1st XI stuffed an understrength Stokenchurch side by 9 wickets.

Stokenchurch batted first and posted 177-9. C Sears the main run scorer of their innings with 71 before he was bowled by Rob Mettler. Stokenchurch looked well set at the half way stage at around 100-2 but their innings fell away badly. This mainly due to some tight bowling from Dan Matthews (2-19), Mike Cutting(3-27) and Justin Rodgie picked up a couple of wickets with part-time off-spin with 2-3.

Jake Richardson was in brutal mood for Cookham, striking five 6s on his way to a 38 ball innings of 82, after bringing the 50 up in only 22 deliveries. He was run out however but Patrick Castleden (58) and Justin Rodgie (35) continued to strike the ball nicely as they completed the win with around half the overs remaining.
