Match report Cookham Dean Sunday 2nds fell to a comfortable five wicket defeat at the hands of Binfield. Cookham won the toss and chose to bat and soon were struggling as Jake Richardson and Sav Gandesha were caught behind for 8 and 4 respectively. Tom Wells-Cole (32) and John Barnett (14) looked in decent touch but soon fell while Jonathan Gay followed up a 50 on Saturday with a first ball duck on Sunday! Andrew Pett (35) and Dan Matthews (26) looked to add some respectability to the Dean's innings with an aggressive partnership but Cookham were soon bowled out for 146.

John Smith had S Carson caught for 23 early on as Binfield looked to play their shots from the off. Meanwhile, Sav Gandesha was wheeling away at the other end and had York caught behind for 9. Ennis looked impressive for Binfield and was striking the ball nicely before smashing it straight to Barnett off the bowling of Charlton Tucker to depart for 46. Gandesha had Simmonds well caught and bowled and Pett picked up an lbw with his first ball but a Cookham victory always looked improbable. Binfield eventually picked up a five wicket win with more than 10 overs spare.
