Match report Cookham Dean 2nd XI slumped to a second successive league defeat after a poor batting display against Datchet 2nds. Datchet won the toss and chose to bat on a damp wicket. Despite this, Dave Brooks and Arun Brar managed to see off the new ball with relative comfort to take their side to 47-0 off 20 overs. A dramatic collapse followed however that saw the home side crumble to 81 all out. Richard Bibby made 15 not out and struck the only two boundaries of his side's innings. Kenny picked up 4-20 for the visitors (including a triple wicket maiden) while there were three each for Stickland and Jackson.

Bibby was also Cookham's outstanding performer with the ball as he removed Datchet's top four. 81 was never going to seriously trouble them though and they cruised home to a six wicket win with ease.
