This year, the Under 7s are fortunate to be led by two of our star young players, both with bright futures.

Bayly Stawiarz is one of our pro players who we are lucky to have signed for the summer 2025.

Bayly plays his cricket Perth in Western Australia where he recently picked up an award for the best young cricketer.

Bayly will be celebrating his 18th birthday with us in June! He is a young quick bowler and middle order bat with great potential and will make a huge different to our first team this year. As a coach, despite his tender years, he has a lot to offer and already has good experience of coaching young players.

Like fellow lead coach Alfie, Bayly has been very well coached in his career and has an excellent technical understanding of the game. He will be able to impart his wisdom on our youth players and is looking forward to uncovering our next first team star!

Jake and Alfie will be supported by several assistant coaches all of whom have been through an internal "coach the coaches" training course run by Director of Cricket, Jon Stewart.
